At the Aaron Opoku Foundation, we offer a mentorship programme for aspiring young people aged 16–24 to gain access to professionals who will assist them on their career journey. We aim to cater for a diverse range of skills across various disciplines. Our programme offers mentees the opportunity to meet their mentors regularly for career advice, academic support, work experience and networking.
We are seeking eligible young people who will be committed to making the most of this opportunity. Our selection process is designed to ensure thoughtful and effective matching of mentors and mentees, which involves completing an application form.
We assess each mentee’s motivations and aspirations. This helps us identify a mentor with the relevant skills, experience and areas of expertise. Our goal is to create a meaningful and mutually beneficial mentor–mentee relationship by fostering an environment that encourages learning, growth, and personal development.
